Long before wellness became an industry, ritual was simply part of everyday life. Across generations, scent, fire, herbs, oils, gathering and storytelling have been ways to mark moments, care for one another and create a sense of home.

Bailao carries that spirit forward through a contemporary African–Nordic lens — honouring founder Mouna's Fulani and West African heritage alongside the Scandinavian world that also shaped her.
