Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your ritual items. If something isn’t right, we are here to help.

Return Window: 30 days from the delivery date.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

How to Start a Return:

  • Approved returns will receive a prepaid return label and instructions
