Mouna spent over a decade inside corporate and high-performance environments — driving results at Google, Microsoft, and leading scale-ups — and she was good at it. Really good. But she kept noticing something: the most driven, brilliant people around her were quietly falling apart. Performing on the outside. Depleted on the inside.

After surviving serious illness and a terrifying fire, she made a decision that changed everything: stop building other people’s legacies. Start building her own. That decision became Bailao & Co. — a brand rooted in African wellness, ancestral wisdom, and the belief that beauty and strategy are not opposites.
The Founders Circle is the space she wishes had existed when she needed it most. Not a conference. Not a wellness weekend. A carefully held gathering where the conditions are finally right — for clarity, rest, and the kind of thinking that only happens when you stop performing and start being present.

Morocco called first — where her African and Arabic roots meet the earth, where beauty and ritual are inseparable, and where the Atlas Mountains offer the perfect sanctuary to begin. After Morocco, Dakar in 2027. This is just the start.
Mouna brings her eye for beauty, her decade of high-performance experience, and her deep conviction that the right environment changes everything. She does not run workshops. She creates conditions.

Someone who has been in the arena — who has navigated the messy, non-linear reality of building a vision from scratch — and who speaks with the kind of honesty that only comes from lived experience.
This is not a keynote. It is a conversation — intimate, unfiltered, and designed to spark the kind of thinking you rarely get access to outside of rooms like this one.

De-Armouring Practitioner & Ancestral Wisdom Keeper
Ivalu brings over 25 years of experience working with the body, energy, and nervous system — bridging ancient wisdom with modern embodied practice. Her work honours the earth, the ancestors, and the wisdom that lives within each of us.
On Day One, she will guide a deep ancestral nature-focused meditation to help us land — into the earth, into the space, and into ourselves — creating a foundation of presence and grounding for the days ahead.
Yoga & Movement Facilitator
Yoga Nidra, Yin Yoga & Pranayama
Our yoga facilitator specialises in restorative and meditative practices that invite deep rest, nervous system regulation, and embodied presence. Daily sessions are designed to support your journey inward — helping you slow down, listen deeply, and reconnect with your own clarity.

Crystal Sourcing Partner
For our crystal session, we are sourcing our stones from The Crystal Avenues in Copenhagen — one of Scandinavia’s finest crystal shops. Each stone will be hand-selected for its energy, quality, and alignment with our intentions.
Local Berber Women & Herbalist
Atlas Mountains, Morocco
Our ancestral beauty ritual will be guided by Berber women from the Atlas region, sharing traditional practices passed through generations. We will also be joined by a local herbalist carrying deep knowledge of Moroccan medicinal plants, oils, and natural remedies — connecting us to centuries of ancestral plant wisdom.
