Morocco — Founders Circle
Founders Circle
Beyond the retreat. Beyond the mastermind.
A curated space to think clearly, breathe deeply, and move forward.
Atlas Mountains, Ourika Valley — near Marrakech, Morocco
8–11 October 2026
An intimate gathering for founders, creatives, couples, and vision-led people who are building something — or who have an idea they have not yet dared to act on. Four days of clarity, beauty, rest, and aligned next steps. Intentionally small. Carefully held.
Booking deadline: 31 July 2026 · Retreat runs only if 50% capacity is reached — full refund guaranteed otherwise.
Who This Is For
This is for people at a turning point. Founders building something meaningful. Creatives navigating a transition. Couples who want to reconnect with a shared vision. People sitting with an idea that keeps returning — and who are finally ready to give it space.
For those who are done waiting for the perfect moment or external validation. Who are ready to stop building other people's legacies and start taking their own seriously.
This is The Great Pause — the space most high-performers never allow themselves.
From Stress to Strategy
This circle is named after Bailao — Mouna's grandmother, and a word that in Fulani carries the meaning of bringing together. Built as a bold response to the burnout epidemic — rooted in African wellness principles, strategic clarity, and the belief that the right environment changes everything.
Four days structured around four intentions:
The conditions here are different. The light, the pace, the food, the people around the table — everything is chosen for how it feels. Clarity tends to arrive when pressure is removed and beauty is present.
The Schedule
A working outline — additional facilitators and sessions will be confirmed as we get closer to October.
An honest, grounded session on what blocks us from acting on our ideas — and what it actually takes to move again.
A traditional Berber herbalist will guide us through the healing plants of the Atlas Mountains — sharing ancestral knowledge of medicinal herbs, beauty rituals, and remedies passed down through generations.
Space is woven throughout the days for rest, silence, nature, conversation, and integration. Nothing is rushed. Everything is held.
The Location & Your Hosts
Our gathering takes place at a private estate in the Ourika Valley, near Marrakech — surrounded by the Atlas Mountains, gardens, and the kind of quiet that makes thinking possible again.
Mouna Jacobsen — founder of Bailao Sacred Spaces — hosts and guides the experience. After a decade in corporate and high-performance environments, she built this space as an answer to what she kept witnessing: brilliant people, misplaced. Driven people, burned out. Founders who had stopped trusting their own instincts.
Ivalu holds the arrival meditation and ancestral wisdom space — a gentle, grounding landing into the body and the place.
Yoga teacher leads the morning yoga and movement sessions — soft, energising, and designed to open rather than perform.
Additional facilitators will be announced as we get closer to October. This is a living gathering — carefully curated as it takes shape.
Meet Your FacilitatorsThe People Around the Table
One of the most valuable things you will take home is not a framework or a plan — it is the people you meet here. This circle is intentionally small so that real connection is possible. Conversations that go somewhere. Honesty that feels safe. The kind of peer exchange that is rare in everyday life.
You will leave knowing people who understand what it means to build something — and who will still be in your corner long after October.
