It is not a wellness weekend. It is a carefully held space where clarity, beauty, and rest do the work that pressure never could.

Why This Exists

After 10 years working in corporate and high-performance environments, Mouna saw the same pattern repeat: brilliant people, misplaced. Driven people, burned out. Visionaries who had stopped trusting their own instincts because the environments around them left no room for emotional intelligence, creativity, or real life.

Founders Circle was built as an answer to that. A space where the conditions are finally right — for rest, for clarity, for the kind of thinking that only happens when you stop performing and start being present.

The Experience

Four days in the Ourika Valley, held with intention and ease. Every element has been chosen for how it feels — the light, the food, the pace, the people around the table.

About Your Host

Mouna Jacobsen is the founder of Bailao Sacred Spaces. She spent a decade inside corporate and high-performance environments, developing a sharp understanding of what drives people — and what quietly depletes them. Her work sits at the intersection of beauty, emotional intelligence, and aligned action. She does not run workshops. She creates conditions.

Mouna is joined by Ivalu, who holds the arrival meditation and ancestral wisdom space.
